Powder Springs Center for Nursing and Healing is hiring an Activities Assistant!
Some of the Responsibilities of the Activities Assistant include:
- Assists the Activity Director in all apsects of the activities program
- Implement the current activities schedule as directed
- Assist bed bound residents with one-to-one activities
- Provide facility craft supplies, materials, etc., to residents and assist with activities
- Ensure that necessary forms, reports and progress notes are properly completed and contain informative description of the services provided and the residents’ responses to the services as assigned
- Assist in identifying and monitoring the spiritual, social, recreational and emotional needs of the residents through routine interviews and visits with the residents
