We are a full service practice standing for the Complete Health of our patients through the most thorough care available and with a team that seeks to educate and empower our patients and their families, their co-workers and friends. We are seeking a rockstar dental assistant or as we like to call a NINJA ("No I'm Not Just An Assistant") that can also partner with the Treatment and Scheduling Coordinators. We are seeking someone who is confident and committed to educating their patients and connecting with them, so the best healthcare can be delivered.
We work 3-4 days a week, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, and occasionally Wednesdays, Fridays or Saturdays. We are looking for a candidate that is open to continual growth to become a great team player, is comfortable speaking to patients about the link between oral systemic health and overall health, is gentle and thorough, is quality and detailed oriented, positive and upbeat, and in general enjoys his/her career and working with people.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist Dr chairside through all general dental procedures
2. Take digital x rays, Panorex, CBCT, intraoral and extraoral photographs
3. Take impressions for study models, nightguards, Invisalign, etc
4. Sterilize instruments
5. Track lab cases going out and coming in, and ensure cases are ready for patient appointments
6. Partner with the Treatment Coordinator to ensure effective scheduling
7. Patient Liaison—serving customers over the phone and in person, starting from when they first walk into our office

If you are a RDA, please have a current and valid registered dental assistant license issued by the State of California and CPR certification. We are a paperless office, so being computer savvy and having experience with Eaglesoft is a plus.
