Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused individual to join our team as a Client Experience Manager. As the face of our firm, the ideal candidate will deliver an exceptional client experience and ensure that our clients receive the best service possible. The ideal candidate is professionally driven, familiar with technology, and eager to start a career in the legal field.

• Provide exceptional service to clients
• Answer questions and provide updates as needed
• Frequently call clients to aid in the investigation
• Greet clients and visitors with a smile and direct them to the proper conference area for meetings, depositions, and mediations
• Maintain neatness in lobby, breakroom, restroom, and conference room areas
• Keep track of office, breakroom, and restroom supplies and order as needed
• Meet with clients to acquire signatures for legal documents
• Disburse settlement checks

• Ability to engage with people from all walks of life
• Familiarity with technology such as operating a Mac computer, using Google Workspace, ordering on Amazon, logging into Zoom meetings, etc.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
• A true problem solver, able to seek out answers before asking
