As a Bell Staff, you will enjoy the beautiful views of Big Sur, while working in nature with the Guest Services team in ensuring a world class guest experience. Our Bell Staff earn a competitive wage while providing prompt and courteous greetings to all guests at reception. Additionally, Bell Staff get to enjoy touring guests around the 100 acre property in Post Ranch Inn Lexus fleet and will provide rides to nearby local restaurants and shops. 

REQUIREMENTS: Ability to read, write, speak & understand English. Valid driver's license and clean DMV record, must be 21 years of age. Maintain a high level of inn guest privacy and discretion. Available to work weekends.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of a Bell Staff, the employee is regularly required to walk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; sit; drive; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Pay rate for the Bell Staff position is $16.00 per hour plus tips
