Positional Release Therapy Institute is Hiring an Office Manager Near Ogden, UT

Office Manager Job Description

  • Maintains workflow by implementing approved methods and procedures.
  • Develops organizational procedures and systems for office personnel, including filing, billing, accounts payable, payroll and scheduling
  • Improve employee and client retention rates through active communication and problem- solving efforts
  • Continue education in management, organization and team-building skills
  • Manage employee schedules and troubleshoot scheduling conflicts as they arise
  • Order equipment and supplies as needed
  • Creates and revises record keeping systems, forms control, office layout, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing changes
  • Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, and identifying solutions
  • Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
  • Provides information by answering questions and requests of patients, prospective clientele and PRT-i Faculty
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
  • Assists in scheduling and follow-up of patients
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks
  • Data entry

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Reporting Skills, Administrative Writing Skills, Microsoft Office Skills, e.g., spreadsheet creation and management, Managing Processes, Organization, Analyzing Information, Professionalism, Problem Solving, Supply Management, Inventory Control, Verbal Communication, Ability to Multi-task.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

  • Marketing and advertising expertise, office manager experience, insurance billing and coding

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
