To help uscontinue to grow our offerings, we’re in search of a Technical Product Manager (TPM) to drive productrequirements and deliver technology. The primary focus of this role is to assist the Enterprise Apps to drive efficiency, scale, and improve customer experiences. This will include enhancing existing technology offerings and delivering new products. 

Essential Job Functions 

  • Accountable for owning particular product features and driving small/medium projects from inception to delivery. Contributes and sometimes owns large, cross-functional projects across the enterprise apps portfolio. 
  • Field incoming requests from stakeholders, conduct discovery on business impact, gather requirements, and drive project delivery. 
  • Working with stakeholders and engineering resources, crafts estimated technical effort combined with expected business impact and shares with TPM leadership to ensure priorities are aligned. 
  • Seeks to understand business processes, problems, and inefficiencies, then proactively communicate possible solutions. 
  • Discovers and analyzes data to identify measurable metrics for project success. 
  • Translates business requirements into tangible work packages for engineering resources by writing user stories. 
  • Rally stakeholders and developers around project execution and ensure accountability for timelines, actions, and follow ups. 
  • Configures low/no code features in products when possible.
  • Creates User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and works with stakeholders to ensure proper criteria is met. 
  • Organizes and presents weekly read out of progress to stakeholders and captures new requests. 
  • Closes out projects by providing data on schedule, cost, and then follows up with measurable metrics to ensure project success. 

Education/Experience

  • 5 years hands on technical experience across products such as CRM (Salesforce), Contact Center platforms (CCaaS), AWS, JIRA, Clickup and other software 
  • Experienced in understanding data models, server architectures, and integration approaches (APIs, etc.) 
  • Product Management, Product Owner, and/or Project Management experience 
  • Previous experience delivering finely tuned process flows and designs 
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets/Excel, Slides/PowerPoint) 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous software development experience in a SaaS environment 
  • Proven experience on an Agile software team driving results from inception to delivery 
  • Solar industry experience 
  • SQL experience 
  • Certifications: Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma
