Senior Workforce Planning Analyst Summary As a member of the cross-functional Workforce Planning team you will help PGE to establish a Center of Excellence dedicated to workforce planning and development. Partner with PGE business leaders and collaborate with key stakeholders to identify talent requirements to meet current and future business objectives. Help drive and facilitate the planning process across PGE’s three workforce planning pillars and identify talent strategies that address gaps. In support of the following PGE workforce planning pillars: Develop Talent Plans by engaging in demand and resource planning with business leaders to help optimize their workforce Develop Operational Workforce Plans to meet 3-year strategic business plans by identifying and addressing current and future talent gaps Responsibilities A successful candidate will have the ability to work independently, consult with clients, solve complex problems, analyze data, identify gaps and make recommendations. The Senior Workforce Planning Analyst will also help: Develop and utilize data analytic tools and techniques to produce reports that provide talent insights to key business challenges. Use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services. Assess client needs and develops workforce data reports to meet business objectives; Collaborate with others to integrate data from multiple systems. Identify and explain data trends, assumptions, and anomalies. Identify risks and recommends mitigation strategies. Facilitate workforce planning sessions with business leaders in partnership with HR Business Partners, identify gaps, and collaborate to deliver recommendations. Support development of workforce plans by incorporating talent strategies, business plans, and financial goals. Find opportunities to streamline end-to-end workforce planning processes considering user experience. May lead or support talent management and/or HR DEI initiatives or projects with a workforce planning component. Education/Experience/Certifications Prefer Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, economics, human resources and organizational development, finance, urban planning, sociology, statistics, other related field or equivalent experience. Typically five or more years in workforce analytics or related field. HR certifications are a plus (e.g. PHR, SHRM-CP, CEBS, CBP, CCP). Compensation Range: $82,650.00 - $164,125.00 In addition, this position is eligible for a performance-based incentive bonus.
