Portico has a fabulous opportunity for an experienced MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR for our apartment community, Haven at Towne Center in Glendale, AZ!
The successful candidate should have the following requirements:
•a minimum of 3-5 years general maintenance experience
•EPA certification and be willing to take calls after hours
•A strong background in leading a maintenance team and overseeing the overallmaintenance of the community
•A customer-focused attitude and be a supportive team player
•The ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, electricalsystems, major appliances, pool and spa equipment, and other systems in operation atthe community
