Requirements
- Maintain and enforce company standards, expectations, safety, and regulations;
- Supervise activities of production team, including training, performance reviews, and coaching;
- Quality assurance for specifications, direct set ups, adjustments, maintenance, and repair of machines;
- Monitor production schedules and attendance;
- Support other departments and shifts within facility;
- Align with other facilities.
Bilingual Spanish/English required.
