Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:

Quality Control and Production: 

  • Complete routine process checks throughout the production process; 
  • Inspect, test, and record raw materials, Work In Progress (WIP), and finished goods; 
  • Note, report, and hold deviations from Safe Quality Food (SQF), food safety, and product specifications and/or non-compliant product; 
  • Create Certificate of Analysis;
  • Maintain and assist with development and improvement of Quality procedures, measuring, tracking and feedback systems, and reoccurring non-conformances.

Regulatory/Food Safety and Compliance: 

  • Coordinate microbiological testing; 
  • Maintain Calibration Program for equipment; 
  • Monitor GMP's sanitation, and food safety issues.
