Call Center Agent - Forest Dale Golf Course

Job Description:

Forest Dale Golf Course is now hiring a Part-Time Call Center Agent!

Responsible for general customer service duties and scheduling reservations for customers.

TYPICAL DUTIES

Answers phone calls and books reservations for customers.

Responsible for cleanliness of clubhouse interior and workspace.

Assists in other golf operations as requested.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Outstanding communications, public relations, and customer service skills.

Ability to keep accurate records and maintain proper accounting of fees, purchases, and other activities.

Ability to perform basic gardening or general maintenance work.
