Pop Promos is looking for an organized team member to join our growing marketing department. The ideal candidate has exceptional project management skills and can help to drive key projects from concept to completion. **This is a hybrid, in-office role, with the opportunity to take advantage of our work-from-anywhere policy 2 days a week. We require proof of vaccination or a qualifying exemption in order to be inside our building.

Responsibilities:

• Work with marketing team to plan and manage projects that are focused on a robust product launch schedule and marketing content calendar
• Compile and analyze weekly marketing KPIs to uncover efficiencies, opportunities and improvements
• Provide comprehensive monthly and quarterly reporting and analysis for marketing campaigns and activities.
• Work with marketing and sales to identify, message and convert developing customer segments through personalized email marketing campaigns
• Provide logistical assistance with planning and execution of key industry tradeshows and national sales meetings
• Write and edit copy as needed

Requirements:

• BS/BA degree in Marketing or related field
• 2 years in a Marketing role
• Data centric marketer with highly developed reporting and data analysis experience
• Experience managing a matrixed email marketing program with a strong background in testing, behavioral and lifecycle marketing
• Highly organized with solid project management skills
• Comfortable making important decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written communication and writing skills
• An ability to work under tight deadlines
