Position Summary: Service Technicians responds to our customer's calls for service at their home - always providing highest quality customer service and repair work on pool and spa equipment. These actions develop and maintain a growing base of satisfied customers with top level customer service.
Position Responsibilities:

· Provide reliable, efficient and professional service to clients, ensuring consistent and constant client satisfaction. Resolves pool or spa issues to ensure repeat business and increase referrals.
· Review and analyze work orders and coordinating schedule with Customer Service Representatives. May need to contact customer to obtain additional information about the work request.
· Inspect all client equipment and systems for functionality and performance, diagnose technical problems on the jobsite, determine how to correct them, checking schematics, repair manuals, and parts catalogs as necessary. Consult with client regarding available options.
· Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand and power tools, reassemble equipment, inspect for functionality and safety standards upon completion.
· Process work orders with details of the repair, parts, labor costs and arrange for payment from customers in accordance with company policy.
