Job Summary: As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for North America, you will manage the full recruitment and selection lifecycle for all of our businesses within North America, including senior appointments. You will at times support with recruitment globally, and work on strategic initiatives within the Talent acquisition team and framework. • Working with stakeholders in a number of locations to deliver multi-geography talent and a sharing of talent across the organisation • Active recruitment and ownership for delivery of hiring requirements ensuring appropriate visibility of cost at senior leadership forums • Drive a commercially viable and innovative program for attracting candidates across the I&B Group Management – including networking • Determine key business requirements through developing and maintaining relationships across all the vertical business units and working in partnership with the HR community • Position the firm as an employer of choice, manage and engagement with candidates throughout the selection process • Brief all individuals involved in the selection process on their role, recruitment best practice and selection techniques • Execute approval and offer process and ensure continued engagement until start date • Produce dashboards and MIS for senior management • Deliver against hiring targets in agreed timeframes • Providing reporting and analysis on performance and budget on a timely basis Job Description: RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Planning Ownership of the short-, medium- and long-term Talent Acquisition strategies for designated business areas Working with GMs and respective SLT members to design appropriate candidate attraction strategies in support of business strategy Experience in partnering and influencing senior leaders to help drive an effective recruiting agenda that drives business outcomes. Perform analysis of organizational development and anticipate future employment needs Review, build and execute on Talent Acquisition strategies ensuring a balance of effective Talent Acquisition, talent pipelining and cost effectiveness Ensure external market views and market insight are taken into consideration when developing Talent Acquisition strategy with appropriate market insights shared regularly with key business and HR stakeholders Extensive experience in a progressive hands-on full lifecycle hiring experience, with a good understanding of market insights and recruitment trends. Work closely with marketing and branding department to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges Talent Acquisition Reduce hiring costs by utilising best-in-class direct sourcing methods, including social media channels, networks, developer/tech communities, and events, to identify the best Talent to contact and engage with for our businesses. Pre-screening of candidates and management of the full interview process with the hiring manager and team, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish that reflects the Company’s vision and values. Building effective pipelines of internal and external talent to meet the business demand for current and future requirements. Continuous Innovation in the field of Talent Acquisition ensuring the organisation has a robust and long-term delivery plan supported by a competitive presence in the required talent markets. Ensure effective management of appropriate HR support work for recruitment administration, candidate sourcing and requisition administration. Ensure work prioritisation is completed with respective HR and management teams with success criteria clearly defined. Develop and manage the applicant tracking system, ensuring compliant and consistent usage with all team members; ensure robust and reliable data to support planning, reporting and decision making. Experience of writing advertisements to support direct sourcing and talent attraction. Global Talent Acquisition Develop insight and knowledge of talent markets in a variety of locations outside of NA in order to support international hiring as required either as owned projects or as part of a virtual team. Developing and managing a process to successfully onboard and retain experienced hires on a global basis. 3rd Party Management Help to build a comprehensive network of talent for short- and long-term recruitment needs. Management of any associated 3rd party activity relevant to the hiring processes. Ownership of SLA / OLA structures for managed service provisions (i.e., preferred suppliers/services/agencies) within designated business units. Responsibility for supplier management (3rd party agencies) with operation of a developed supplier review structure, supporting MI and robust action plans. Assessment & Selection Ensuring hiring communities have the required level of competence for assessment and selection with access to required L&D resources. Implement up to date assessment processes making use of online, face to face and collective assessment practices consistent with FIL values and competencies . Worker Type: Number of Openings: 1
