The Executive Assistant (EA) will support operations, primarily by providing administrative support to the Leadership Team and VPs as a part of the Operations Team. The ideal EA candidate will be resourceful, innovative, and proactive in assisting Polco's executives—they must be able to think independently, make decisions, and manage competing priorities. Because the EA will track communications, ensure timely responses, and manage requests of the executives' time, they must bring excellent communication skills and the ability to share information efficiently and effectively.
This is a fully remote position. However, if the EA lives close to Polco's Middleton or Boulder offices, they may choose to adopt a hybrid work arrangement.
