We are looking for:

An entrepreneurial leader who wants to run their own business, be excited about impacting patient care, wants to take advantage of corporate resources vs. being micromanaged, be financially ambitious, and truly be the CEO of your center. 

The Role: 

We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader to move us beyond the status quo. Corporate will provide you with resources, data, and whatever you need to be successful. You are going to be responsible to run your building, manage staff, develop relationships, create programs, and drive the building to success. Corporate will not micromanage you but will hold you accountable for positive outcomes. Our expectation is for you to be the true CEO of your center.

Compensation: 

  • Every CEO starts with a competitive annual salary

Responsibilities: 

  • Put residents and care above all 

  • Always be compliant and ethical 

  • As the CEO you have to do whatever it takes to make your center successful while maintaining compliance, ethics, and putting residents first and above all 

Qualifications:

  • Must be a skilled communicator, director and motivator. Able to organize and prioritize many tasks effectively.

  • Knowledge of reimbursement regulations, nursing practices/procedures, laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long-term administration

  • Ability to interact and build partnerships with staff, residents, families, government agencies and the surrounding community

  • 1 years of experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator Demonstrated ability to maintain positive employee and community relationships

  • Ability to follow all applicable policies and procedures as well as current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern long term care facilities.

  • Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required.
