Multi-state design firm is seeking a Site Design Group Leader for their team in Denver, Colorado!

Responsibilities:

• Monitor/manage project performance for group, staffing/workload, ways to improve and maximize efficiency
• Oversee project management, quality control, and project execution
• Promote/encourage professional development for employees
• Keep team informed of department initiatives, goals, and objectives through regular communication
• Regular client communication
• Build/maintain client relationships to win repeat work and gain new clients (client strategy, proposals, interviewing, and selection efforts)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 6 years of engineering experience
• 4 years of supervisory experience
• PE License
• Working knowledge of Civil 3D

Salary is commensurate with experience.
