Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting patients at reception desk and over the phone
• Verifying and collecting insurance coverage information
• Assisting with financial arrangements for dental treatment
• Managing patient scheduling to achieve a successful and productive day

The ideal candidate would possess the following traits:

• Incredible work ethic
• Detail-oriented
• 1 years’ working experience in dental office
• 1 years’ working experience in billing and accounting with PPO insurance plans
• Dependable and reliable
• Work well with team members
• Experienced with digital dental software
• Understands dental terminology and basic understanding of billing and coding
• Willing to go above and beyond
• Positive attitude

Schedule Full-Time:

• 4 Day work week. Depending on location either Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday will be off. 9-10 hours workdays

Floating Locations:

• Renton, Maple Valley, Auburn, Puyallup, and Federal Way

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
