As a Digital Product Manager Senior within PNC's Retail Lending Innovations organization, you will be based in San Francisco, CA. This position is primarily based in a location within PNC’s footprint. Preferred locations are listed in this requisition. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities can be performed remotely. Additional locations may be considered.
Preferred Skills:
Coordinate / align portfolio level roadmaps and strategies working with head of Retail Digital Lending
Supporting portfolio-level reporting, tracking success metrics, key milestones and KPIs
Have experience designing UI/UX customer journeys on mobile and web
Working knowledge of software, systems, architecture, infrastructure, and emerging technologies

Job Description

• Supports and executes digital strategy across business segments to optimize digital experience, leveraging design thinking and other best practices.
• Completes analysis of digital experience trends, and third party requirements as necessary, in support of the development of new and existing digital experiences. Supports business case development.
• Makes effective recommendations for the development and design of new and existing digital experiences. Supports & manages the development, production, roll-out or promotion of digital experiences.
• Partners with key stakeholders including Product, Technology, MIS, Line of Business, Marketing and other internal service partners as well as external stakeholders to ensure all digital experiences meet their strategic goals. Participates in product-specific marketing initiatives. As part of the first line of defense, supports risk management, compliance, and audit needs.
• Supports business results of recently introduced or existing digital experiences, coordinates reporting, and effectively recommends modifications to improve results.

Work Experience

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3 years of relevant / direct industry experience. Certifications are often desired. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Compensation: $60,500- $142,350

Base Salary:

Where a person is paid in the compensation range is aligned to their experience and skills. Placement within the compensation range is based on the specific role and following factors:

• Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the job
• Within the range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
• Higher in the range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role

Incentive:

Role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and individual performance.
