Designer Kitchens & Baths by Plumb Supply Company, a leading distributor of plumbing and cabinetry has a full time opening for a dependable person with a great attitude, attention to detail and a team player to join their Springfield, MO team as a Showroom Sales Consultant. This is a full-time position working 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday thru Friday, with occasional overtime as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Work with a wide range of customers, including builders, designers, homeowners, and retail clients to sell a variety of products including cabinets, counter tops, appliances, and plumbing fixtures
• Assist customers by assessing their needs, guiding their product selections, and successfully closing the sale
• Provide customers with reliable information regarding product specifications, product suitability, pricing, and availability
• Quote and manage the full cycle ordering process for kitchen and bath projects from inception to completion in a timely and accurate manner
• Occasional driving to job sites to measure space or check on issues

Qualifications:

• Experience with 20/20 design software a plus but not required
• Sales Experience
• Energetic, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and excellent follow-up skills are essential
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Must pass pre-employment testing (background check and drug screen)
