PLS Financial Services, Inc. is Hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator Near Chicago, IL

Overview

PLS was founded in 1997 by Bob and Dan Wolfberg, who serve as Co-Presidents.

Position Overview: 

This position will report directly to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to the Recruiting Team and Talent Management team. This role will be responsible for maintaining candidate databases, reporting of key recruiting metrics, and managing communication with our ATS provider. Ultimately, you will help keep our hiring process smooth and efficient.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Provide general support to talent acquisition leadership and coordination of day-to-day activities
  • Create and maintain reports of key recruiting metrics including cost per hire ratios, ROI of resources, and retention data
  • Maintain calendars and schedule interviews, meetings, and events both internally and externally
  • Work with hiring managers and candidates to provide status updates
  • Utilize and support recruiters in the applicant tracking system (ATS) with reports, data entry, and candidate management
  • Coordinate Onboarding between the new employee, Talent Acquisition, hiring manager and Talent Management
  • Schedule Orientation for new employees

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • College degree preferred. 1-2 years' experience in a recruiting or sales/marketing related environment preferred
  • Previous experience working with an ATS, preferably iCIMS
  • HRIS experience a plus; preferably Ultipro
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Proven ability to compile data for correspondence or reports

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to sit and / or stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift 15 lbs.
