Position Overview: 
This position is responsible for companywide operational executions, management of Ops Managers and providing high level assistance to the Senior Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Sales Operations and senior Playfly management. This position will help administer sales strategies and will work to improve current practices to increase cross divisional sales productivity and to reach sales targets, directly impacting $700MM in annual sales revenue. The Director role combines skillsets of excellent communication, company vision, sophisticated analytics, and the ability to prioritize and manage all inbound and outbound operational challenges. Responsible to prepare, analyze, and report Key Performance Indicators pertaining to revenue forecasts, sales proposals, order entry cycle, and risk mitigation (posting). Works with executives and sales managers to build and maintain an effective professional relationship. The Director will provide anticipatory training & directional support to all Playfly employees. The Director will assist the VP of Sales Operations in managing projects for current systems upgrades, new company initiatives, new systems implementations, perform data maintenance, security/ profile entry, permissions & rights administration of eight existing systems. The position will provide baseline executive redundancy across the department for the critical operating systems & processes.
Responsibilities: 
  • Responsible for oversight of day-to-day operational functions and efficiency through KPI’s of existing functions, products & systems to ensure continued network systems access

    • All deliverables to be developed and executed within a designed management workflow
  • Maintain all shared services relationships and licenses to proactively prep executive leadership for required renewals/updates
  • Support Playfly Executive, Finance & Sales teams
  • Daily direct interaction with Account Executives, CSC’s & CSR’s and (externally) with RSN management and support personnel, utilizing CRM, Prospecting software, KORE & Wide Orbit software to implement Playfly operational sales strategies, processes, and workflow protocols
  • Real time problem solving and critical decision-making presence to manage incoming requests and management, and risk mitigation through Wide Orbit, KORE, Account Receivables
  • Responsible for leading business system updates, upgrades and UAT for Playfly’s proprietary workflows
  • Consistently communicate with internal & external end users to deliver business processes, executive directives
  • Responsible to identify, troubleshoot & resolve challenges, develop recommendations for solutions and define requirements for enhancing current and/or developing new business rules
  • Responsible for a communication structure that standardizes and empowers company stakeholders with actionable information in collaboration with Playfly PR
  • Responsible for supporting and defining in-office and remote work needs in conjunction with the SVP and VP of Operations. Vendor management and Logistical point of contact for all Playfly properties and offices re: standard protocols, real estate deliverables, safety, and commercial business needs
  • Assist VP of Sales Operations & Tech lead in managing the Bi-weekly RSN revenue forecasts from Media Forecaster and KORE in support of the HTS and PSP businesses
    • Duties include report creation, BI cube creation, reconciliation of reports, and managing the sales force for accuracy and timeliness
  • Provide executive and administrative assistance to VP of Sales Operations.
    • Responsible for arrangement and coordination of all physical and virtual meetings based upon current project workflows and directives.
    • May include real estate dev, site access for vendors, clients, and/or scheduling conference calls, Webex demos and Zoom meetings 
Qualifications & Requirements: 
  • 5 year’s experience managing teams working across functional lines (operations, service, implementation, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure in a high volume, complex environment 
  • Experience organizing and mobilizing interdepartmental work groups 
  • Strong analytical skills and cross functional knowledge across multiple IT platforms and disciplines 
  • Strong verbal and written interpersonal communication and negotiation skills 
  • Creative thinker that leverages unconventional and innovative ideas to solve problems 
  • Experience creating, implementing, monitoring, and measuring processes that drive departmental and/or associate efficiency and improvement 
  • Strong ability in dealing with all levels of management 
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex IT related concepts to a wide range of technical and non-technical staff 
  • Demonstrated projects requiring Business Process Improvements (BPI) and Change Management 
  • Knowledge of existing technology landscape plus new and emerging technologies
