Operations Specialist IPlatte Valley Companies JOB SUMMARY: Monitoring of accounts for Regulatory purposes, research, resolve problems and respond to customers’ inquiries on account status. Keep informed of changes in bank services or procedures. RESPONSIBILITIES: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Update customer address through an automated process.Respond to online banking chat feature on a regular basis.Field telephone customer inquiries on a regular basis.Assist with training associates on Banno application. Provide backup to other areas of the department, as requested.Other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS:Minimum Qualifications:Post high school education and three year experience in operations and/or accounting. Good problem solving skillsMath proficiency and aptitude.Good 10-key skills.General areas of competency: decision making, dependability, development, environmental safety, evaluation skills, interpersonal skills, prioritizing, problem solving, selling skills, team skills and time management. Demonstrated aptitude to handle sensitive operational transactions and customer relationshipsKeyboarding and computer skills desired. Keyboarding test may be required.
