HYBRID - SR. TECHNICAL RECRUITER

JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is seeking a Sr. Technical Recruiter with a deep understanding of the San Diego market to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be experienced in recruiting for IT roles. The candidate must have a strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR Information Systems (HRIS).- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and develop job descriptions.
- Source and identify top technical talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and referrals.
- Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews with candidates.
- Use ATS technology to manage the recruitment process, including candidate tracking, scheduling interviews, and providing feedback to hiring managers.
- Develop and implement metrics to measure recruitment effectiveness and success.
- Create and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay up to date with the latest recruitment trends and technologies.
- Work collaboratively with the HR team to ensure a seamless recruitment process from start to finish.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in the San Diego market.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field.
- Strong technical acumen and understanding of IT roles and responsibilities.
- Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems. Experience with Workable or Bamboo considered a plus!
- Ability to analyze and use data to drive recruitment decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
