Plasti-Fab® EPS Product Solutions is hiring at our Lester Prairie, MN location. We currently have multiple positions open for the following Operators, Pre-Foam, Block Mold, Molding Machine, Warehouse and Forklift. Our work schedule is unique as we run 4/10 hour shifts Monday - Thursday.

Position Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) molding machines, auxiliary equipment and assembly equipment
• Operate and inspect facility support equipment on an ongoing basis to ensure efficient and accurate operations
• Develop, implement, and maintain preventative maintenance measures to ensure safe working conditions and equipment operation
• Document activities in an organized and accurate manner for effective communication with teammates and management
• Read work orders with ability to fill out all log books associated with operation

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Forklift experience required
• Three to six months machine operating experience and/or training
• Follow company safety program and all required reporting
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and comply with company drug/alcohol policy
• Regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms
• The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team environment
• Computer savvy
• Mechanical knowledge preferred
