Description

o Reporting structure:

· Reports to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager

o Overall position description:

· Setup screen printers, troubleshoot and debug pick and place machine as needed, oven profiling for all in-coming products and repeat product if profile has not been profiled. Support production as needed when machine goes down and other duties as instruct by engineer/lead or production supervisor.

o Essential functions of the job:

· Work with production supervisor/lead to verify each machine is ready to run.

· Must be able to work with data document control group to make changes as necessary.

· Work with engineer to support others project as required.

· Must be flexible to work around the clock to support production. Must be able to work weekend as needed. 

· Must be able to setup screen printer, run SMT and debug, and profiling as needed.

· Must be able to work with planner/lead to support production.

Requirements

o Required knowledge, skills, and abilities:

· Must have the ability to operate machine in order to setup or debug each program as needed.

· Well-developed interpersonal skills. Ability to get along with diverse personalities. Tactful, mature

· Satisfactory communication skills, written and verbal

· Be able to work with vendor to resolve machine related issues.

o Required education and experience:

· A minimum of three (3) years working with surface mount equipment such as screen printer, pick and place machine, and reflow oven.

o A description of the physical demands:

· Must be able to sit, stand, climb, lift 25 pounds

· Noisy, congested, and stressful at times
