Plannernet is Hiring a Remote Customer Success Associate

Job Title: Customer Success Associate
Location: Remote - North Carolina, New Jersey, or Indiana
Status/Hours/Shift: Fulltime, Exempt; Office Hours: 8:45 AM - 5:00 PM, other shifts as assigned
Must be willing and able to work overtime when necessary to fulfill position requirements.
Department: Customer Success
Compensation Range: Salary based on experience, includes full benefits plan

Summary of Position:

The Customer Success Team is responsible for effectively delivering Plannernet’s core solutions with a focus on quality and efficient service. The team is passionate about developing strong customer and Supplier relationships to ensure that all parties work together seamlessly.

The Customer Success Associate is instrumental in building relationships with Plannernet’s network of meeting and event professionals (Suppliers). The Associate is primarily responsible for aligning Suppliers to Client opportunities and ensuring they understand the variable needs of each customer. The successful candidate will be an upbeat team player that is communicative, self-motivated, and dedicated to providing the best possible service to Plannernet’s Clients and Supplier network.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong and engaging relationships with Plannernet’s Supplier Network
  • Serve as a primary interface with Suppliers, from sourcing to procurement to engagement
  • Negotiate with Suppliers and Clients to ensure win-win solutions for both parties
  • Process, data enter, and secure services for Client engagements utilizing a proprietary freelance management system with detail and accuracy
  • Ensure Suppliers have a full understanding of engagement Statements of Work and Client expectations to be successful
  • Manage varying responsibilities while multitasking, communicating in a timely manner, and meeting concurrent deadlines
  • Identify and resolve challenges, build and maintain positive network and Supplier relationships
  • Client incident support, including communication with Suppliers and documentation
  • Customer Success professional who can support necessary department best practices and audits that are in place to ensure Client and Supplier satisfaction
  • Team player that works collaboratively among the entire department to ensure success
  • Occasional participation in a rotation to manage an after-hours emergency customer support line

Job Requirements:

  • Computer Skills: Strong computer and internet research skills, Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word

Additional Skills:

  • Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service experience
  • Quality verbal and written communication skills
  • Motivated and self-starter who steadfastly pushes for results
  • Flexible and confident, even when dealing with ambiguity
  • Professional demeanor, displaying ethical core values and composure in all situations.
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Problem-solver, with effective decision-making skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
