The Development Manager is responsible for identifying, cultivating, and soliciting annual gifts of $500 to $7,500 and for managing the donor pipeline, stewardship activities, and appeals calendar for Leadership Circle and Foothills Circle. Additionally, the Development Manager supports fundraising efforts for PP Advocates (C4) by creating appeals and other communications for patron-level donors. The incumbent oversees the Development Coordinator and plays a critical role in the management of the Salesforce database, particularly around reporting, segmenting, campaign tracking, and best practices. The incumbent works closely with the CEO, the VP of Development, the Director of Development, and the Events and Community Specialist to develop and execute individual giving strategies.
