The Director, Financial Planning & Analysis will be responsible for driving and managing the comprehensive financial planning, forecasting, and analysis, enabling Planet Fitness to align resources with the achievement of strategic goals. The Director, FP&A will be a key contributor to the Finance team in developing accurate forecasts, routine reporting on key financial and operational metrics, and driving strategic decisions through modeling and analysis. In this role, you will help develop business plans, evaluate new initiatives, and maintain long-range financial plans and will be highly visible within the organization and will support strategic decision-making through complex financial analyses.
