While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, walk, talk and/or hear. The employee is frequently required to use hands to handle or feel. The employee must also occasionally lift and/or move up to 80 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision and color vision. The employee is also required to frequently inspect the project and will be exposed to ongoing construction and various weather conditions, including rain, sleet, snow, wind, and heat. The noise level in the work environment may range from moderate to loud.
Aptitude Testing:
Applicants who progress to a final interview will be asked to complete knowledge assessments intended to gauge an individuals general construction knowledge, ability to navigate and use technology, read/interpret construction drawings, and organize/create a sample project schedule.
Pre-employment Screening:
Employment will be conditioned upon passing a pre-employment drug screen.
