Summary:
The Sales Trainer is responsible for training all new Sales Representatives. The Sales Trainer will continue to train and educate existing Sales Representatives while following the company's Core Values. The Sales Trainer will support the sales team performance and results by counseling and educating all Sales Representatives as needed.
Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Follow the PJF training process to ensure that Sales Representatives graduate after 13 business days.
- Complete 8 new hire training classes per year.
- Teach new Sales Representatives how to use PJF technology including, but limited to: Service Titan, Engage, Numbers, Hover, and Jacuzzi Build a Bath.
- Maintain an inventory of product samples to assign and distribute to Sales Representatives.
- Complete 30, 60, 90, 180, and 365 day post new hire training course with 85% or higher test scores.
- Host small group training sessions with existing Sales Representatives
- Continued development and training of all Sales Representatives
- Complete 3 ride a-longs with new Sales Representatives during the first 4 weeks of post training.
- Complete 1 ride a-long per quarter with a high performer.
- Train and develop Sales coaches.
