Pivotal Analytics Inc is Hiring a Remote Account Executive

Description

The Role In Brief

 As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our market share within the healthcare and real estate sectors. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end sales cycle of Pivotal, working with healthcare executives, advisors, and real estate professionals. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator, relationship builder, and has a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the healthcare technology industry.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and attending industry events. 
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers within the healthcare and real estate industries. 
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, manage opportunities, and accurately forecast sales projections. 
  • Engage in consultative sales processes to understand customer needs, present product features and benefits, and demonstrate how our solutions can address their challenges and improve their operations. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through the sales cycle. 
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of agreement, ensuring mutual satisfaction for both the customer and the company. 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights and effectively position our products and services. 
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). 

Requirements

Ideal Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals in a B2B environment, preferably selling SaaS products or healthcare technology solutions. 
  • Mid-level sales experience (3-5 years) with a focus on healthcare or real estate sectors. 
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including its operations, challenges, and trends. Knowledge of real estate industry dynamics is a plus. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. 
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives, healthcare administrators, and real estate professionals. 
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities. 
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events (approximately 50% travel)
