  • Competitive wages:
    • Guaranteed Base of $50,000 depending on experience, effective immediately.
    • Commission based on bringing in new customers.
    • Average and attainable income of $1,100 - $1,200 per week (based on base salary and commissions earned for quality performance on the job).

  • Working hours of Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm.
  • Health Insurance (company pays 70% of individual or total family premium)
  • Dental, Vision, and Term Life Insurance (100% employee expense)
  • 9 paid holidays (eligible after 60 days of employment)
  • Retirement: 401k with company match of up to 4% of employee contributions
  • 5 Sick Days per year
  • Paid Vacation
    • After 60 days, 1 week of paid vacation
    • After 1 year, 2 weeks of paid vacation
    • After 6 years, 3 weeks of paid vacation
    • After 10 years, 4 weeks of paid vacation
  • Paid training
  • Other PTO including maternity/paternity leave, bereavement leave, and jury duty.

PIRTEK Chicagoland understands that the most important part of any business is the people that work for it and promote its services. As such, we are seeking a dedicated full-time Outside Sales Representative to introduce our products and services to prospective customers and to maintain positive relationships with existing customers.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you play a critical role making business-to-business (B2B) visits provided on a designated list in order to bring new customers to Pirtek and grow the company. You will use your communication skills to demonstrate the value and benefits Pirtek can provide to the customer and how we can meet their needs.

ABOUT PIRTEK

PIRTEK is the hydraulic hose leader in sales and service and the only brand of its kind in franchising in the United States. We have more than 25 years of experience in the hydraulic and industrial hose replacement field and use that experience to provide the best service possible. We provide on-site hydraulic hose replacement and repair. We also offer custom hose fabrication in a retail/shop setting.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record
  • Must have your own vehicle for work. Mileage reimbursement is provided and is right around the federal mileage reimbursement rate
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Ability to take direction and willing to learn
