We are currently looking for a Sales Representative to fill a new position at Chroma Custom Apparel. We are one of Colorado's premier screen printing and embroidery companies and are looking for a dedicated sales associate to help grow our business. We sell screen printed and embroidered apparel to organizations, schools, teams, clubs, and other groups all over the country.

You would be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our current client base and getting to know them and their needs throughout the year. You will also be using phone calls, email, social media, and in person sales techniques to attract new potential customers who need custom printed apparel and promotional products.

Your day will consist of networking with new potential clients, following up with existing clients, prospecting new business contacts, making work orders, providing quotes, explaining products, staying in contact with leads you generate, facilitating communication within the business, and providing outreach at various sporting events throughout the state.

This is a full time position requiring 35-40 hours of work a week, but consisting of a flexible schedule.

We are looking for someone with a friendly demeanor, outgoing personality, and the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with many different types of people. We would love to find someone who has a history with athletics and/or B2B sales and doesn't mind picking up the phone on a regular basis and developing real and meaningful relationships with our customers. Experience in the industry is a plus but not required - we will train you.
