As a Clinical Supervisor, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our residents in a safe environment promoting long term recovery. You will partner with the Nursing Supervisor and Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment for our residents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree AND LCDC III required.
- LICDC or LICDC-CS preferred.
- COVID –19 Vaccination / approved exemption status
Responsibilities:
- Meet regularly with counselors on an individual basis for case review
- Assist/direct clinical meetings/case conferences with all clinical staff
- Ongoing chart reviews to ensure compliance with Federal/State requirements
- Intakes on new patients/supervision of other clinical staff completing intakes
- Participation/leadership in treatment team meetings as well as grievance and appeals meeting
- Provide training, consultation, and direction in dealing with difficult clients.
- Interview for the hiring of new clinical staff members and conduct/supervise training efforts of all new clinical staff
- Assist the Director as needed in the areas of state and CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) inspections, staffing meetings, concerns and other areas as needed.
