Pinnacle Health & Rehab is Hiring a Maintenance Assistant Near North Berwick, ME
We are currently hiring full-time maintenance assistant for general maintenance and repair and grounds upkeep.
The primary purpose of this position is to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current Federal, State and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, our established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by your supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, driveways, etc., by cutting, trimming, sweeping, etc., as necessary/directed.
- Perform routine maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment to include plumbing, plastering, painting, mechanical, etc.
- Maintain general plant and facility in good repair, ensuring a safe, clean and orderly environment.
- Other related duties as may become necessary or as directed by your supervisor, and/or administrator
Requirements:
Must have some experience in general repair
Must have a valid driver's license and excellent driving record
