JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Pinnacle Global Network is continuing to grow at a rapid pace and looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our fantastic team! The Sales Coordinator will work remotely, report to our COO, and will perform a diverse set of responsibilities including coordination of organizational tasks and related projects that help support the sales team while collaborating with other departments. This Sales Coordinator will assist in keeping sales team aligned with established KPI’s and Company goals.

A Sales Coordinator oversees the performance, motivation and efficiency levels of the sales team. Their main duties include supporting the sales team to hit their quotas, manage their KPI tracking, facilitate training, host morning check-in meetings and collect and manage end of day reports.

Sales Coordinators serve in both leadership and support roles on the sales team to ensure the sales department runs smoothly. They’ll work to keep the sales team motivated and encouraged to meet their sales quotas and goals. Sales Coordinators will also ensure the sales team has the latest scripts, KPI’s, goals, training, and promotional materials to properly communicate the different engagement levels that PGN offers , the value of the service that PGN Delivers, and strong testimonials from existing and past clients. 

Sales Coordinators are also responsible for helping the sales team troubleshoot and resolve any CRM or tech stack issues, respond to daily and manage sales reports, KPI tracking, and performance reporting.

Sales Coordinators need sales experience and several related hard and soft skills to do their jobs effectively. Some of the most important skills and qualifications are listed below.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: 

 The main goal of our Sales Coordinator is to coordinate and oversee the flow of our company’s products and services to our consumers. To reach this goal, they must be able to handle the following day-to-day duties:
 Ensure that the Sales Appointment Setters are making the required number of outbound calls and booking enough appointments for the closers in alignment with their KPI goals
 Ensuring the setters are maintain a 70% or higher show rate from clients on appointments
 Facilitating and hosting daily morning sales meetings
 Tracking the quotas and goals of each member of the sales team
 Managing EOD reports on WhatsApp
 Provide ongoing support to sales team including responding to all communications from in a timely matter and resolving issues
 Daily and Weekly reporting to COO
 Facilitate sales training with our sales trainer
 Provide ongoing daily, weekly and monthly reporting

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator
 3 years of experience with sales training and managing sales teams
 Proven leadership skills including motivation, KPI goal setting, call tracking and reporting
 Strong experience in HubSpot and conducting internal sales meetings
 Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues
 Highly detailed with a robust desire to learn and develop competences

 Solid time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
 Skilled at managing and interpreting end of day sales reports
 Excellent organizational, judgment and decision making, and problem-solving skills
 Effective communication, including speaking, writing and active listening
 
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

 Experience with high ticket sales
 Experience with the business coaching and/or professional development space
 Bachelor’s degree in management, marketing, or related field
 Sales certification(s)
 Experience with multiple CRM’s, preferably HubSpot
 Possess a “get it done” team player mindset
 Comfortable in a high-pressure environment
