Pinnacle Dietary is Hiring a Dietary Supervisor Near Lansdale, PA
- Assist Director of Dining Services to plan, assign & inspects the work of Food Service Staff .
- Schedules and assigns staff, prepares department payroll for data entry.
- Orders all food supplies and equipment for the department.
- Monitors Regulatory compliance and food safety pracyices.
- Coordinates and plans food preparation activities for special events.
- Experience in LTC a must to have.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience working in a fast paced cooking environment.
- Strong knowledge of the practices utilized in large scale & theraputic food prep.
- Solid leadership and supervisory skills.
- Valid Serve Safe Certification.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $45,000.00 per year
