Job Title: Payroll and HR Administrator
Reporting to: HR Director
Location: King of Prussia, PA
Purpose
The Payroll and HR Administrator will support payroll processing using ADP, including regular and off-cycle payrolls. Prepare payroll reports as needed. Assist in maintaining employee payroll records. Reconcile and code benefits invoices.
Primary Responsibilities
· Experience with Canada payroll is a plus
· Other duties, as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
· ADP experience preferred
· Excel and outlook experience
· Must be able to collaborate on cross functional projects as needed
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Understanding of payroll and HR legislation and processes interpretation of awards and legislation, tax
· Processing of any necessary HR administration HR KPI and feedback reports, evaluation and promotion summaries, documents, training materials, basic letter writing etc…

· This is a non- safety-sensitive position. Employee will be in an office environment. Employee will bend, walk, stand and may sit for long periods of time.
