Pilson Power Sports Inc. is Hiring a SALES CONSULTANT Near Mattoon, IL

Summary/Objective:

Sell new and used vehicles.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Greets customer on sales floor and determines make, type, and quality of vehicle desired.
  • Explains features and demonstrates operation of vehicle in showroom or on road.
  • Suggests optional equipment for customer to purchase.
  • Computes and quotes sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, license fee, and discount, and requirements for financing payment of vehicle on credit.
  • Prepares sales slip or sales contract.
  • Receives payment or obtains credit authorization.
  • Arranges for delivery and registration of vehicle.
  • Researches availability of models and optional equipment using computer database.
  • Various other duties as assigned

Preferred Education/Experience:

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
