RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Performs routine tasks and manual labor for receiving and storing of food products and supplies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manage floor stock throughout the facility which is currently at 28 nutrition rooms
2. Cleans the nutrition room refrigeration and drawers
3. Assist in receiving inventory May order food and supply orders with approved vendors.
4. Review stock levels of common foodstuff and advanced menu items, conducts physical inventories and maintains inventory records on a monthly basis.
5. Cleans, and maintains coolers, freezers, and dry storage area daily.
6. Maintains the receiving area and dock in a neat and clean order.
7. Rotates food supplies ensuring older stock are issued first.
8. Maintains all storage of foodstuff and issues all items.
9. Ensures all food products have the appropriate dates and labels.
10. Detects and reports any damaged merchandise.
11. Verifies all invoices to ensure accuracy.
12. Retrieves, collects, and transports food service supplies, and equipment.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
Must possess basic math and computer skills.
Must possess strong customer service skills.
Ability to read, write and follow oral and written instructions.
Ability to prepare and handle foodstuff using safe food handling practices.
