JOB SUMMARY
Will be cross-trained to perform the functions of the Patient Care Coordinator I position. Job responsibilities will include: accurate and timely maintenance of client charts; processing and tracking of referrals and providing excellent customer service.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: High school diploma. Associates Degree in a related field preferred.
Experience:
- The ability to successfully complete the main job functions of the Patient Care Coordinator positon;
- External Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in medical office administration and/or referral management;
- Internal Applicants must have worked in a Patient Care Coordinator I position for at least 1 year with no documented performance issues within the past year.
- Excellent communication skills required.
