Description

• Manage the customer experience from end of sale until post move
• Provide support to all departments when overlap occurs
• Work with the rest of the CSR team to provide a high level, positive customer service experience
• Registered moves through van line portals- after estimate is complete and job is booked
• Set up order number, send acceptance link, send payment forms, make sure all notes are updated with any accessories that are needed or permit information
• Adding move to United van system for a driver to be assigned on interstate moves
• Following up to make sure a driver has been assigned, if not it will be G-11
• Coordinate origin and destination agents on interstate containered moves. 
• Checking their availability and making sure it matches what the shipper needs 
• Coordinator with interstate drivers about delivery spreads and eta’s for deliveries
• Book 3rd party services- register through CMS
• continue to check until service has been scheduled for both origin and destination
• keeping track of all moves we’ve booked or are an OA/DA agent on. Making sure everything is in check with all parties (shipper, other agents, nick, graham) 
• confirm calls /emails for all interstate moves- 72 hours & 24 hours 
• Once eAcceptance & credit card form are submitted send a confirmation email confirming call details at origin and destination-, confirm payment method.

• A quiet space at home where you can be uninterrupted
• flexible schedule as there will be a rotating set schedule
• Generally 1 weekend a month of on-call phone
