Picerne Real Estate Group is Hiring a Project Manager Near Altamonte Springs, FL
National Construction Firm looking for a PROJECT MANAGER, for the overall construction of a large multi-family residential community. Corporate office located in Altamonte Springs, Florida. Must be willing to travel. This individual will be directing activities of subcontractors and other workers concerned with the construction of the property. Must have experience in this field, computer experience is a must.
- MUST be Knowledgeable in Multi-Family Wood Framing, Site Work, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical
- 4-year college degree.
- Experience working on new multi-family wood construction as superintendent.
- Must be organized, and able to communicate effectively with local municipalities, subcontractors, inspectors, owners/investor representatives.
- Preferred 30 hours OSHA safety training.
