Essential Job Functions:

• Serve as marketing coordinator for trade shows, campaigns, sales support, and other projects as assigned by the marketing manager
• Perform operational needs to support strategic marketing goals are met. This could include daily tasks like; campaign setup, list management, email automation, copywriting and proofing, email performance monitoring, etc. 
• Enter sales orders
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams
• Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing process
• Create and maintain best practices and create documentation and checklists
• Maintain image library and product collateral inventories
• Provide general marketing and sales support as needed

Knowledge, skills and abilities required:

• 2 to 4 years of experience supporting a marketing group in a similar role
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction, take initiative and be self-motivated 
• Ability to organize, prioritize and manage tasks; adapting to changing needs and deliver results
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Strong attention to detail

Knowledge, skills and abilities preferred:

• Familiar with email automation platforms such as SendGrid, Constant Contact, or HubSpot
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent experience
