THE OPPORTUNITY:

The IT Analyst will support the IT function. This Team Member is expected to perform within the following scope, as well as other assigned duties and activities that aid and leverage our Teams.

Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

  • Manage technology operations and the implementation of new IT systems and policies
  • Support day-to-day management of the IT department; inclusive of infrastructure, software, hardware, networks, and security
  • Ensure IT systems and people are effective and functioning within the limits of budget, time, and specifications of the enterprise
  • Facilitate new clinics opening, including vendors management, quality control of equipment, and applications setup
  • Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency
  • Lead efforts to improve IT processes:
    • Direct the effective opening of new clinics
    • Identify the need for upgrades, configurations, or new systems and report to management
    • Work with information engineers on finding solutions to manage business activities
  • Facilitate communication with vendors during systems deployments/upgrades, new locations openings, and troubleshooting

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2 years experience in an IT position
  • Demonstrated in-depth understanding of networks, and computer systems (both hardware and software)
  • Superior interaction skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness, initiative, and results-oriented capabilities
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams
  • Ability to shift focus, multi-task, and prioritize in a rapidly changing environment
  • Strong reasoning and critical thinking skills are required
  • Results-oriented with a focus on quality execution and delivery
  • Valid driving license and access to a reliable vehicle
