Phoenix Technical is looking for a salesperson to join our team. This position allows for unlimited earning potential selling professional services and outsourcing. Successful candidates for this role will be self-motivated, results driven, and capable of working with a team on different projects. You will need to be a strong “Hunter” along with having stellar communication skills to work with key personnel across all industries. You will have the ability to identify opportunities, “connect dots” among our existing and past relationships to build a lucrative pipeline of opportunity.
Title: Technical Sales Representative – Outsourcing Services
Job Description:
The desired salesperson will work with our existing sales team to execute sales plans. The candidate must be dynamic and able to farrow out new leads and prospects thru persistent outreach and strategic networking.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Capture, understand and analyze specific customer issues and translate them into a rewarding vision and solution.
- Effectively execute business development strategies.
- Use discipline for tracking sales metrics using a CRM software and participate in weekly sales pulses.
- Reach out and interact with Indirect Sourcing Managers, Engineering and Business Leaders.
- Author and produce competitive sales tools in the form of presentations, proposals briefs, E-marketing, etc.
- This role requires an ability to understand and articulate both the business benefits (value proposition) and technical advantages of Phoenix products and solutions.
Desired Skills and Qualities:
- Experience selling products or services, preferably technical in nature.
- Excellent knowledge and experience with a wide variety of sales strategies and concepts.
- Proven Track record of being able to bring in and penetrate new untapped markets.
- Results driven, creative thinker proficient in problem solving with analytical skills.
- Proven ability to take ownership, readiness, and a willingness to implement new ideas and concepts.
- Comfortable doing cold calls/prospecting and exercising existing company networks.
Qualifications/Requirements:
3 to 5 years of experience in sales of contingent workforce and domestic outsourcing.
