The Phoenix has been growing rapidly over the last few years, and we've built our POPs team to support our over 100 employees, cover employee relations, people operations, and talent acquisition. Now it's time for us to add a Director of People Operations to our team-that's where you come in: you've got big ideas and we've got big projects to tackle. Up first, we will rely on your expertise to help us transform our HR systems. Join us and help us take our people operations practices to the next level. This role can be located in Boston, Denver or possibly another location depending on the candidate.
