Seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team in the Branson, MO and surrounding areas.
As a Home Health RN, you will be responsible for traveling to a patient's home to administer their services and helping patients maintain their independence. You will play a vital role in managing and coordinating the healthcare needs of our clients in the comfort of their own home. The ideal candidate should possess strong skills in physical assessment, diagnostic interpretation, and communication to formulate an individualized plan of care according to physician orders that incorporates the analysis of initial assessment. Working alongside other nurses, Physical Therapist, Speech Therapist and or Occupational Therapist.
Pay Range: $65,000 - $90,000
Shift Availability: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm with every 4 to 6 weeks on call rotation
