As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for cultivating and communicating to new leads in the pipeline, as well as educating and nurturing interested parties. One of your main objectives will be to cultivate and educate "Raving Fans!" that will spread the word about Phoenix Haus. If they actually are into raves, that’s different from what we are cultivating, but we’re cool with that too. Whatever brings joy!

Full-time Employee Benefits & Rewards

  • Full-time at Grand Junction facility
  • 40-45 hrs/week, Monday - Friday
  • Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO & holidays
  • Raises based on performance, commission incentives
    • Starting Rate: $18-$22

Responsibilities

  • Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses.
  • Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
  • Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
  • Prepare sales contracts and order forms.
  • Provide customers with product samples and catalogs.
  • Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders.
  • Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations
  • and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences.
  • Negotiate details of contracts and payments.
  • Prepare estimates, and bids that meet specific customer needs.
  • Answer customer questions about goods or services.
  • Contact current or potential customers to promote products or services.
  • Distribute promotional literature or samples to customers.
  • Explain technical product or service information to customers.
  • Negotiate prices or other sales terms.
  • Prepare sales or other contracts.
  • Recommend products or services to customers.
  • Send information, materials, or documentation.
  • Study product information to acquire professional knowledge.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Experience working with CRMs and/or online client databases
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Self motivated, competitive, and driven to succeed
  • Able to think on your feet, and juggle multiple tasks at one time
  • Strong computer skills
  • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills

Qualifications

  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Previous experience in construction, remodeling, or similar field
  • High school diploma
  • Undergraduate degree preferred
